Due to Britney Spears’ conservatorship she was not able to control her own birth control. She expressed a desire to have more children though. Now, Britney is having a child with her fiance, Sam Ashigari. 

Britney took a test after the couple’s trip to Hawaii. She said ‘her husband had joked about a food baby.’ She took a test anyways and got the wonderful news that she was in fact pregnant. 

Britney has two teenage sons, Sean and Jayden. Britney’s ex and the father of her children Kevin Federline has congratulated the couple and said he was happy for them. 

Britney has expressed concern about paparazzi. She says she plans on staying in, due to the harassment in her last two pregnancies.

She wanted her IUD removed but the people in control of her conservatorship said no as they didn’t want her to have more children. 

Personally I am happy for her. She’s been in a conservatorship since 2008. There’s been lots of things that have led up to her being in her conservatorship 13 years ago. It definitely was time for her to make her own decisions as she’s 40 now.
