New Disney Movies Coming in 2023

It’s a new year! New beginnings, a clean new slate, and that also means there are some new anticipated movies coming out sooner than you think. There are many new Disney movies that are getting some well deserved hype. Here are some Disney movies coming out in 2023.
Prom Pact is about a teen who isn’t focused on the prom like every other teenage girl. She’s focused on getting into Harvard, and when she’s waitlisted she’s crushed. She then starts tutoring a jock in hopes that his father, who’s a Harvard alumni, will recommend her to the school. As the movie goes on, she starts to realize that there may be more to life than Harvard. This movie will come out on Disney+ on March 31st.
The Little Mermaid live-action adaptation will follow the same story as the animated original. This movie will have all the original songs, and some new songs too. This movie stars Halle Bailey, Jonah Hauer-King, Awkwafina, Jacob Tremblay, and Melissa McCarthy. The Little Mermaid will hit theaters May 26th.
Elemental is a Disney-Pixar animation that is set in Element City home of residents made up of air, fire, water, and land. Ember, a tough, fiery, quick-witted woman who is made up of fire, meets Wade, a go-with-the-flow, sappy guy who is made up of water. When they form an unlikely bond, they challenge each other’s beliefs and ways of life. This movie is set to hit theaters June 16th.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny has Harrison Ford returning for the final time. In this movie, Indiana Jones and his goddaughter, Helena, work together to go up against some ex-Nazis that are working for NASA to help the space race. This movie is the first Indiana Jones movie that isn’t written or directed by Steven Spielberg or George Lucas. This movie will hit theaters June 30th.
