Exercising Safely

Have you ever felt unsafe while jogging/running alone? Exercising alone at night or even in the morning is very unsafe, many problems can occur. You could drop a weight or bar on yourself by accident, you could get stuck somewhere, or even get hurt by another person or animal. It’s better to at least have someone with you while you are exercising. It can be very scary working out alone. If you are, just make sure that you have a back up plan and that you are in a crowded area. You should not exercise by yourself at night nor in the morning. A lady by the name of Eliza Fletcher, who was only 34 years old, was jogging friday morning by herself when she was forced into an SUV. She was taken and police searched for her throughout the labor day weekend. Unfortunately she was found dead on Monday morning. The suspect by the name of Cleotha Abston, who was only 38 years old, was found. According to CBS news, early Tuesday morning the suspect was charged with “…kidnapping, tampering with evidence, theft, identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card” and Abstons bond that was issued was about 510,000 dollars. Just make sure that you are safe when you exercise and that you have a backup plan.
