Easter

Easter
Easter

Easter can have a different meaning and purpose for celebrating.  It can be a religious celebration where Christians celebrate new life after the resurrection of Jesus. Many people who are not religious celebrate Easter as the beginning of spring. Easter always falls on a Sunday between March 22 and April 25.  Easter has also become a highly commercial event often catered to young children. Of course there’s the Easter Bunny dropping off baskets of gifts and treats in the middle of the night to surprise children on Easter Sunday morning. Time is spent going to Easter church service, brunches with family and friends. Dyeing Easter eggs is also a family favorite thing to do. Easter egg hunts are always a favorite for children and adults hiding the eggs.  This year Easter will fall on March 31, 2024.
