On this throwback Thursday, I’m thinking we should reminisce on the shows that we enjoyed when we were kids.

Disney Channel is just classic childhood for most of us. It had a lot of great shows that were hilarious and were overall amazing. Some of those shows were Dog with a Blog, Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Good Luck Charlie, Shake It Up, Liv and Maddie, Austin & Ally and more. When we think of these shows we think of how funny they were, and it brings us back to the days when a cut could be healed with a bowl of ice cream. Disney Channel wasn’t just shows that we loved. Yes, we did sing along to the theme song, and we looked forward to seeing our favorite characters in the shows, but the channel also made some really great movies. High School Musical, Camp Rock, Teen Beach Movie, Lemonade Mouth, Girl Vs. Monster, Let It Shine, are just a few of the movies that we loved. Some sang along to the songs, and others knew the dances by heart. Honestly, Disney Channel was the place you could go when you had a bad day, and it just made everything better.

Nickelodeon was another channel that screams childhood memories. These shows were great, hilarious, and fun to watch. Shows that most would remember are Spongebob Squarepants, iCarly, Victorious, Big Time Rush, True Jackson, VP, Drake and Josh, and so much more. I know not as many people watched Nickelodeon shows, but they were just as good as some Disney Channel shows. This channel also had some movies too, but not as many. Rags, Best Player, and the Fred movies. Whatever channel(s) you watched as a kid, there are sure to be memories when someone brings it up.
