September is here, which means that new Disney movies are coming out soon. There are so many, there is sure to be a new favorite for everyone. Whether you like Marvel or the classics, you’re sure to find a good movie to get into. 

The first new movie is the live action version of Pinocchio. This movie will premiere on Disney+ on September 8th. It stars Tom Hanks as Geppetto, Keegan-Michael Key as The Fox, and Luke Evans as the Coachmen, who also starred in the live action version of Beauty and the Beast as Gaston. 

The second new movie is Hocus Pocus 2. This movie is set 29 years later after Max lit the black candle, and someone has lit the black candle again. Now, the Sanderson sisters are back and out for revenge. This movie will premiere on September 30th. This movie will star the original Sanderson sisters, but Max and Allison will not return. 

The third new movie is Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. After King T’Challa’s death, Queen Ramonda, Shuri, M’Baku, Okoye, and the Dora Milaje are fighting to protect their nation from intervening with other nations. To protect their nation, the Wakandans must team up with War Dog Nakia and Everett Ross and make a new path for their kingdom. This movie will premiere on November 11th in theaters. This movie stars Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Lupita Nyong’o and many more from the original movie. 

The fourth new movie is Avatar: The Way of Water. Jack Sully is now living with his new family formed on Pandora. A familiar threat comes to finish what he has started, and now Jack, Neytiri, and the army of Na’vi  must race to protect their planet. This movie will premiere on December 16th in theaters. It stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Kate Winslet.
