The debate between Pixar and Disney has been a thing for a while now. When I looked this question up it was made clear that Pixar is the audience favorite. I personally wanted to know why Pixar is better than Disney. These are the reasons why.

The first reason is because Pixar always puts a fresh and new twist on old plots. One of those twists is on The Incredibles. This movie is a twist on the superhero genre with new characters like Elastigirl. This movie definitely feels like a new movie never seen before. 

The second reason is that they make real and heartfelt characters. These characters may be animated but they have real life problems. These films also aren’t just for children. They make these films friendly for all ages and show lots of emotions. These movies teach great lessons too.

The third reason is that these movies are pretty funny. Usually in animated movies we see the comedy catered to younger kids so they aren’t that funny. But Pixar movies are different; they add more funny dialogue and things that people of all ages find funny. 

The fourth reason is that Pixar has awesome sequels. Usually sequels never live up to the first movie, but Pixar sequels are usually just as good as the first. For example, Pixar’s Toy Story 3 was shown to have been liked more than the original Toy Story! 

The fifth and final reason is that Pixar is really good at making relationships seem real. Pixar just gives a sense of depth and understanding to their characters which make them so easy to understand. For example, in the movie Up we learn about the main character Carl as a kid and how him and his future wife first met and got along. We pretty much grow up with those two characters and see the relationship build between them. This is just one example of an amazing relationship Pixar has created in their movies.

Now I know a lot of people are probably saying that Disney is better than Pixar but looking at these facts you just have to agree that Pixar is better.
