Ranking Taylor Swift Albums

Kaitlyn Wilburn, Writer

Just a warning, these are my opinions and may differ from your opinion. These rankings are also subject to change depending on what i’m listening to the most. This list is my general ranking of Taylor Swift’s albums so far. Note: if the albums weren’t taylor’s version the placing would be different.

9.  1989; I put this here because its a fun album but there are better ones to listen to first. now ask me again though once the re record comes out.

8.  Speak Now; I put this here because it has a lot of good songs but I couldn’t put it above any of the leftover albums.

7. Evermore; I like this album and some of the songs, but it just isn’t as good as folklore.

6. Debut; I like this album a lot and it has a lot of good songs. There are just albums that speak to me more.

5. Red (Taylor’s Version); I really enjoy this album and the re-record made it a better album. It is a great heartbreak album and has very good lyrics.

4. Fearless (Taylor’s Version); I really enjoy this album a lot and it feels really nostalgic because I listened to this album all the time as a child. This album was the first concert I went to as well.

3. Reputation; I love the energy of this album and just it is  overall a good hype album with some subtle, cute songs in there as well. This is my go-to album when i’m driving with the windows down.

2. Lover; This album is just a happy album and has a lot of good songs and DBATC has an amazing bridge. It is just the perfect album for when you are happy or, well, in love.

1. Folklore; Folklore is my favorite album by Taylor Swift. It is just a great album and has amazing lyricism in the songs. I also love the long pond studios version and the film on Disney+.
