China Eastern Airlines Flight 375 crashed while making a short trip between two cities. The plane was at an altitude of more than 29,000 ft. Residents heard a loud boom when the plane crashed into a hillside and smoke from the fires had started. No survivors were found out of the 132 passengers. Investigators are unsure on what caused the plane to vertically dive into the hill. However, the black box has been found and was sent to Beijing for its data to be analysed. They don’t believe there was any technical errors or environmental factors. Family members of those involved in the crash headed to the scene. One man told journalists,”I plan to stay until the matter is sorted and I can take his ashes back. But this depends on the work of authorities.” Hopefully answers are found soon about what caused this devastating tragedy.
