Favorite Childhood TV Shows

Bianca Schnerre, Writer

When I was a kid my favorite childhood tv show was Big Cat Diary. Every morning before school from 6 to 7 it would play and I would watch it until I had to get ready for school. Now that I am a senior and almost considered an adult. I find this question to be one of my favorites to ask people since it takes you back to a time when you were preschool or kindergarten age over 10 years ago. Whenever I ask the question it brings back nostalgic memories. So, I decided to ask some Orion students the following question: What was your favorite childhood tv show and why?

“Barney because I love dinosaurs.” – Courtney Farewell

“Wonder Pets because of the theme song and Artzooka because of the crafts that I would try to do along with the host.”  – Britani Trujillo

“Rolie Polie Olie because I vibed with it.” – Kaitlyn Wilburn

“Saved by the Bell because I thought it was what high school would be like.” – Eric Thorndyke

“Yo Gabba Gabba because the characters were hype and just excited to be there.” – Ava Terry

“The Backyardigans because that’s the show I remember watching the most.” – Zoe Larkins

“The Wiggles because it was funny and had cool colors, but mostly because of the songs.” – Hayley VanDuyne

“Dora because I always wanted to help her solve the mysteries.” – Lauren Larson

“Dora because I had a crush on Diego.” – Addison Awbrey

“Backyardigans because of the adventures.” – Thea Brown

“Hannah Montana because I wanted to be a pop star.” – Abby Watson

“iCarly because I thought Gibby was funny.” – Emmalyn Foster
