Shark Attack

Imagine it being just a nice hot day and you are just going out to the beach to go surfing and you get attacked by a shark. Well, that is exactly what happened to a man in San Francisco. He had just decided to go to the beach and go surfing when, out of nowhere, he was attacked by a shark. Many eye witnesses stated that the attack was very slow, almost like the shark was “trying to make the guy suffer.” Some of the other surfers had taken the guy and used a tourniquet and took him to shore. The guy had left the beach with a severely damaged leg and arterial damage. After the paramedics took the man to the hospital, the doctors were looking at the surfboard and at first thought that he had not been attacked by a shark because the bite marks on the board were so big. After the attack, the district closed the area off to the public for a length of two miles. The authorities are patrolling the area to make sure there is no one getting into the water.
