As you know things are different this year due to the Pandemic. Especially during this Holiday season, but some companies are taking this Pandemic as a chance to expand the Black Friday sales for a couple weekends. This also includes shopping online. So, I am here to tell you about where the best sales are planned in the Quad Cities.

First there is Kohls, Kohl’s will begin Black Friday deals online this Monday, November 23rd, while the in stores sales are available on Thursday/Thanksgiving Day. Check the ad carefully to see when the deal you want will be live online or shop in store at 5 p.m. The best part about Kohl’s is that starting Monday, you will get $15 Kohl’s Cash back for every $50 you spend, including on some of their more expensive doorbuster items like the PS4 for $199 or the Apple Watch for $199. There are also great deals on small kitchen appliances after rebates, including three air fryers of different sizes and prices. On top of all that, there should also be a 15 percent off coupon available for use.

Then, there is Target, If you have a Red Card, Target is starting online sales to card holders on Wednesday, Nov. 25th. If you’re looking for in-store shopping, Target opens 6 p.m. on Thursday, but will close at midnight and reopen at 6 a.m. Friday. If you can wait to shop until Friday, and plan to spend more than $50, you’ll get a coupon for 20 percent off a future purchase from Nov. 28 to Dec. 10, which you can use for holiday gifts, or even doing some holiday party shopping. A couple hot deals include the Google Home Mini for $29, with a $10 Target gift card in return, and some great toy and game deals, including 50 percent off select games, making a good deal for a family game night.

Walmart will also be increasing online sales starting at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, but if you can’t get what you want online, the deals in-store start at 6 p.m. Walmart continues with some of my usual favorite deals, like bed sheets for $24, movies for $1.96 and up, and cheap PJs for the whole family. One of the best Walmart deals this year is the Instant Pot for $49.

JC Penney has one of the earliest opening times on Thursday at 2 p.m. with online deals all day. If you can get there early enough, they are giving away coupons worth at least $10. A great deal at JCP includes their awesome boot sale as low as $19.99. There are more great deals on items for the home, like towels for $2.99 and small appliances as low as $4.99 after rebates, as well as nice prices on clothing and accessories.

If you aren’t a CVS shopper, this is the perfect time to begin accumulating ExtraBucks to roll. CVS sales begin on Sunday, Nov 22nd, but they’ll have additional deals on Thursday, including over 10 deals that are free after Extrabucks. Even if they aren’t items you want, consider purchasing them anyway and donating to a shelter or a school for those less fortunate.

This is the only time of the year that Bath and Body Works allows coupons from different mailers to be stacked, so you can use multiple coupons in one transaction if you meet the requirements of the coupon. Use coupons on top of already great deals, including the exclusive tote with seven products, which is usually $25 with a $30 purchase. I stock up on hand soaps to last us several months, but this is a great time to pick up some gifts for people on your list.

These are only a couple things I found, I am sure there are things I might have missed, but of course, do your own research on the stores that you love to go to!  Happy Shopping!
