  1. The Invisible Man

The Invisible Man is a psychological science horror fiction film loosely based on the original novel. The story will follow Cecilia caught in the aftermath of her abusive ex husbands suicide, in which he leaves her his entire fortune. She soon begins to suspect his untimely death was a hoax, and as strange events that surround her begin to take a deadly turn, Cecilia desperately works to prove she’s being hunted by someone invisible to the naked eye. The film is planned to be released February 28th of 2020.

2. A Quiet Place: Part II

After the intense ending of the original film, the remains of the Abbott family have no choice but to leave their sanctuary and face the monstrosities terrorizing the outside world; in complete silence.  As the family has no choice but to urge themselves into the unknown, they all begin to come to the realization that the strange creatures who hunt by sound aren’t the only dangers that roam across the wasteland known as earth. Directed by John Krasinski, the film is set to release March 20th of this year.

3. The Lodge

The Lodge, set to come out February 7th, follows a blended family and their retreat to an isolated winter cabin over the holidays. When the father is abruptly called back into work, he leaves his children with his girlfriend Grace. Alone in the harsh winter conditions, a blizzard traps Grace and the children inside as horrifying events begin to occur within, summoning dark specters from Graces past.

4. Antebellum

Antebellum stars Janelle Monae and Gabourey Sidibe, the plot following our main character Veronica, a famous author, trapped in a horrifying reality and must figure out the mystery of the terrifying realm before her fate is sealed. This film is directed by Jordan Peele, an amazingly intense director who is responsible for the modern horror films Get Out and Us. Antebellum refers to something existing before a particular war, usually the American civil war. This will tie into the films main theme, which should make for a heart wrenching thriller. The film is planned to be released in late April later this year.

5. Last Night In Soho

This twisted psychological horror follows a young girl who’s passionate about fashion design. When she discovers that she can mysteriously slip into the 1960 era, she encounters the idol she’s worshipped for years, a glimmering wannabe singer. However, 190s london isn’t what it seems, and as she begins to unravel so does time; with deadly consequences as a result. The release date is set for later this year, September 25th.
